Suspended among the olive trees and oleanders, immersed in the tranquillity of nature, you can admire an astonishing view of Lake Garda framed by the mountains and the medieval village of Malcesine dominated by the Scaliger castle: these are some of the highlights of the SKATE apartment.

It is located on the first floor of the Residence "Kormorano" in via Bassinel, 800m from the "Gardesana Active Apartments". Next door is also the SNOWBOARD apartment of "La Dependace": large families or couples of friends like to share their holidays together, renting the two facilities with the same comfort.

Its colour is orange, which stimulates positive energies: optimism, spontaneity and communicativeness. It can accommodate from a minimum of 2 people to a maximum of 4 people. Two-roomed flat (50mq.) with large living room/kitchen: this room is spacious and bright as it directly overlooks the large balcony (7sqm equipped with chairs and table, deckchairs, sunshade) where you can admire the fantastic panorama. The comfortable sofa can be transformed into a double sofa bed, according to your needs.

At the back, at the foot of the hill, is the double bedroom with window: if you stay longer than 14 days, the flat will be cleaned with a change of sheets and towels.

The large, elegant bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer. The price includes 2 towels per person (face and shower): if you stay longer than 8 days, the towels will be changed.

The flat is located in a cool and dry area and does not have air conditioning (it is equipped with 2 fans) because the mild temperature allows in summer to keep the rooms cool.

At 100 metres from the flat there is a private car park (for cars and motorbikes), a swimming pool for common use (100sqm. open from the end of May to the end of September), 2 tennis courts, table tennis, barbecue and a large playground for children. Bicycles are at your disposal: you can reach the historical centre of Malcesine, the castle, the shops, restaurants, the Monte-Baldo cable car, the beautiful beaches, the cycle path and the harbour in only 10 minutes on foot.

For those who stay min. 5 nights, private parking is also included in the price in the centre of Malcesine. A few steps from the flat you can enjoy typical dishes at the restaurant "Il Cervo" or the family-run farm "Le Dase". For lovers of trekking, taking the historical path "La Vacco" will take you in a few minutes to admire a splendid panorama. A stone's throw away is the oil mill where you can taste and possibly buy the renowned Malcesine olive oil.
