AIR Apartments

The apartments AIR (Paraglide – Climb – Ski) situated on the 3rd floor have balconies (complete with small table and chairs) partial but suggestive view of Lake Garda, old town, the castle and mountains. Comfortable the living room and kitchen (full equipped), each apartment is linked with “Violet”: the colour associated with mystery, magic and spirituality, they are furnished with a touch of elegance, creating a relaxing atmosphere.

SKI Apartment

Three-rooms apartment 4/8 people - 50mq
This is the largest apartment in the “Gardesana Active Apartments”. Its strong point are the two bedrooms with 3 balconies (equipped with table and chairs) overlooking the surrounding panorama (from the lake to the mountains). Ideal for a family of 4 wanting a very comfortable holiday. The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people.
Upon entering the apartment you are greeted by the living room/kitchen (17sqm) equipped with a microwave and dishwasher, a comfortable table and chairs, satellite TV and a sofa. The room is very bright; a large French window will allow you to the balcony (3sqm) and admire the beautiful and suggestive panorama of the peaks of Monte Baldo. In the background is an evocative picture of Osvaldo (Carolina and Pietro's older brother) on the Cima Pozzette; the passion for winter mountains characterises the members of the Monaci family.
You can choose to sleep in the bedroom (14sqm) located at the front of the building with the French door giving you access to the balcony (3.60sqm) with a partial view of the lake and the old town: here you can enjoy the sun from the afternoon until sunset. If you wish instead a view of the hills or of Monte Baldo, you can choose the bedroom (14sqm) located at the back of the building.
The two bedrooms have a double bed (or two single beds), a dunk bed (or singles) and a safe. If you stay longer than 14 days, the apartment will be cleaned with a change of bed linen and towels. The large (5.10sqm) and elegant bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, a comfortable wardrobe and hairdryer. The price includes 2 towels per person (face and shower): for a stay longer than 8 days the towels will be changed.

PARAGLIDE Apartment

Two-rooms apartment accommodates 2/6 people -43mq
“It feels like flying”, this is the feeling you will experience when you look out from the balcony of this apartment and admire the magnificent panorama and life below. This is definitely its strong point as well as its elegance and refinement.
The apartment prefers either the view of the lake, the old town and the castle, which you can admire from the large balcony (7 sqm) located in front, or the view of the hills and Monte Baldo, admiring it through the bedroom window, located behind. The two types of view, from the lake to the mountain is highly appreciated by our customers.
The large and comfortable living room/kitchen (25sqm) has a sofa (can be converted into a double sofa bed if required) wardrobe, satellite TV and a large kitchen. In the background the image of a paraglider in flight over the skies of Lake Garda conveys a great synergy between man and sky. Through the glass door you can reach the large balcony (7sqm) equipped with a small table and comfortable deck-chairs.
The large (5,10sqm) and elegant bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer. The price includes 2 towels per person (face and shower): for a stay of more than 8 days the towels will be changed.
At the back, which is quieter, is the bedroom (14sqm) with a double bed (or two single beds) and a bunk bed (or single): spacious and comfortable, it’s equipped with a safe and duvet sheets. If you stay longer than 14 days, the flat will be cleaned with a change of sheets and towels.
The apartment is recommended for couples who want maximum comfort and elegance; for large families (max. 6 people) who do not wish to deprive themselves of this great privilege.

CLIMB Apartment

Many couples prefer this apartment because in addition to being elegantly and romantically decorated, the large room offers maximum comfort and an impressive partial view of the lake and old town.
As you enter the apartment, you will be amazed by its brightness; the French windows look out to the lake and castle, admiring it from the 3.60sqm balcony (equipped with deckchairs and table) that awaits you in moments of relaxation.
In the room there is a double bed, satellite TV, a small table with chairs, a microwave and a well-equipped kitchen. In the background you will find a picture of a climber: in this niche of paradise you can also practice this fascinating discipline, touching the sky with your finger. If you stay longer than 14 days, the apartment will be cleaned with a change of bed linen and towels.
