The apartments EARTH (Nordic Walking – Trekking – Bike) are situated on the 1st floor with a large terrace with canopies (complete with table, chairs and sun loungers) overlooking the old town, the castle or Monte Baldo view. Comfortable the living room and kitchen (full equipped), each apartment is linked with “orange” the colour of optimism and wisdom, furnished with a touch of elegance.

TREKKING Apartment

two-rooms 2/6 people – 43mq
This apartment prefers either the view of the old town and castle, which you can admire from the large balcony at the front of the building, or the view of the hills and Monte Baldo, admiring it from the terrace at the back. The two types of view are definitely the strong point of the TREKKING apartment.
The large and comfortable living room/kitchen (25sqm) is very bright and comfortable: it has a sofa bed, wardrobe, satellite TV and a large kitchen. Through the glass door you can reach the big balcony (6sqm) equipped with a large canopy, chairs and table; from here you can admire the charm of the Scaliger castle and the "Italian" life in cheerful movement.
The large and elegant bathroom (5,10sqm) has a shower, toilet, bidet, hair dryer. The price includes 2 towels per person (face and shower): for a stay longer than 8 days the towels will be changed.
In the back of the apartment is the bedroom (14sqm) with a double bed (or two beds) and a bunk bed (or single): large and comfortable, it is equipped with safe and duvet sheets. Through a French window you will go out in the terrace (12sq. meters) equipped with canopy, a large table, chairs and a "lounge" for aperitifs: for those who wish to relax, this is a very pleasant corner of the flat. If you stay longer than 14 days, the flat will be cleaned with a change of sheets and towels.
In the living room/kitchen there is a picture of the peak of Monte Baldo in summer; Trekking is a very popular sport in Malcesine with the possibility of practicing it all months of the year, admiring the magnificent panorama of the lake below.

NORDIC WALKING Apartment

two-rooms 2/6 people - 38mq
The privilage of this apartment is the large 30sqm terrace cover it from canopies for the warm summer while maintaining privacy: equipped with table, chairs and sun-chairs, it's overlooking the view of the historical centre and the Scaliger castle. The living room with kitchen and the bedroom have a large glass-door leading directly into the terrace. In the morning you can enjoy a relaxing breakfast (I remind you of the excellent cappuccino at the Active Bar) while watching the day awaken.
Entering the flat you will be welcomed by the bright living room/kitchen (19sqm): equipped for your stay, it has a microwave oven and a large table with satellite TV. The sofa can be transformed into a dunk bed or a single bed, to better accommodate a large family.
The bedroom (14sqm) has a double-bed (or two beds) and a dunk-bed (or single one): spacious and comfortable, it is equipped with duvet sheets and a safe. If you stay longer than 14 days, the flat will be cleaned and sheets and towels will be changed.

The apartment is dedicated to Carolina, the manager of the “Gardesana Active Apartments”: Nordic Walking (walking with poles) is her sport. As a professional and ultra-marathon runner in the desert, she wanted to paint the apartment in orange like the sand of her first desert challenge, the Sahara. The picture of Carolina admiring her Lake Garda is in the living room. For many years the lake, hills and mountains have been her training ground, leading her to challenge extreme environments. So she wanted to satisfy those magical moments by offering you the opportunity to stay in 'her apartment', enjoying your holiday in carefree freedom.

BIKE Apartment

Two-rooms apartment 2/5 people - 38sqm
Ideal for families looking for indoor and outdoor space in complete freedom; but also for couples who want maximum comfort. The strengths of this flat are its location behind quiet, with a view of the hills and Monte Baldo. The large 38sqm terrace with canopies is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers to enjoy your free time. Both the living room with kitchen and the bedroom have a glass door direct to the large terrace where you can admire the panorama view.
Entering the apartment you will be welcomed by the living room/kitchen (17sqm): equipped for your stay, it has a microwave oven and a large table with satellite TV. The sofa can be converted into a single bed to best accommodate a large family.
The bedroom (14sqm) has a double bed (or two beds) and a bunk bed (or single): spacious and comfortable, it is equipped with a safe and duvet sheets. If you stay longer than 14 days, the apartment will be cleaned with a change of sheets and towels.
