The apartment "Snowboard" is a modern two-rooms-apartment of 50sqm located on the 1st floor of the "Residence Kormorano" at Via Bassinel,6. (MO230450494)
The double bedroom (or twin beds) and the living room with the sofa (double bed coach) share the large balcony (7sqm. equipped with table and chairs and deckchairs with sunshade) where you can admire the fantastic view: if you stay longer than 14 days the apartment will be cleaned with change of sheets and towels included in the price.
The kitchen (equipped with utensils and dishwasher) and the bathroom (with shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer) are located at the back of the living room, at the foot of the hill: if you stay longer than 8 days, towels will be changed.
The apartment is located in a cool, dry area and does not have air conditioning (it is equipped with 2 fans) because the mild temperature keeps the rooms cool in summer.
A 10-minute walk will take you to the bakery, the historical centre of Malcesine, the supermarket, the Monte-Baldo cable car and the beautiful beaches. Its location will also allow you to walk along hilly and mountain paths within a stone's throw.
