The apartments WATER (Sail – Windsurf – Kite) are situated on the 2nd floor with balconies (complete with small table and chairs) overlooking the old town, the castle and mountains. Comfortable the living room and kitchen (full equipped), each apartment is linked with “Green” the colour of the force of nature and balance, furnished with a touch of elegance.

Apartment KITE

The apartment prefers either the view of the old town and castle, which you can admire from the large balcony at the front of the building, or the view of the hills and Monte Baldo, admiring it through the bedroom window at the back. The two types of view are definitely the highlight of the KITE apartment.
The large, comfortable and bright living room/kitchen (25sqm) is also recommended for a family of up to 6 persons: it has a double sofa-bed, wardrobe, satellite TV and a large well-equipped kitchen. Through the glass door you can reach the large balcony (7sqm) equipped with a small table and deckchairs where you can admire, in your moments of relaxation, the charm of the Scaliger castle and historic centre.
The large and elegant bathroom (5,10sqm) has a shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer. The price includes 2 towels per person (face and shower): for a stay longer than 8 days the towels will be changed.
At the back of the apartment, which is quieter, is the bedroom (14sqm) with a double bed (or two beds) and a dunk bed (or single): spacious and comfortable, it is equipped with a safe and duvet sheets. In the background is a picture of a Kiter in the clear waters of Lake Garda. From the window you can admire the sunrise in the morning that illuminates the peaks of Monte Baldo. If you stay longer than 14 days, the flat will be cleaned with a change of bed linen and towels.

Apartment WINDSURF

2-rooms apartment accommodates 2/6 people - 38mq
The front location of the WINDSURF apartment is favoured by many guests in order to admire from the two balconies not only the old town and the castle but also the 'Italian' life below.
Entering the apartment you will be welcomed by the living room/kitchen (19sqm): equipped for your stay, it has a microwave oven and a large table with satellite TV. The sofa can be converted into a dunk bed or a single bed to best accommodate a large family. This room is lit by a large French window that leads to the balcony (3.60sqm) equipped with a small table and chairs for you to enjoy relaxing moments.
The large (5.10sqm) and elegant bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer. The price includes 2 towels per person (face and shower): if you stay longer than 8 days, the towels will be changed.
The bedroom (14sqm) has a double bed (or two beds) and a dunk bed (or single): large and comfortable, it is equipped with a safe and duvet sheets. In the background is a picture of a Windsurfer: Federico, Carolina's son, has practised this sport since he was a child, recognising the good fortune of living in this place surrounded by nature, between the lake and mountains.
Through the French window you can access the balcony (3sqm): from here you can see the entrance to the medieval centre of Malcesine marked by cobblestones. If you stay longer than 14 days, the apartment will be cleaned with a change of bed linen and towels.

Apartment SAIL

The strong point of this apartment is its two balconies and its quiet back location with a view of the hillsides full of olive groves and the peaks of Monte Baldo: from here you can enjoy the energy of the sunrise until early afternoon, admiring the surrounding nature.
Entering the apartment you will be welcomed by the living room/kitchen (17sqm): equipped for your stay, it has a microwave oven and a large table with satellite TV. The sofa can be converted into a single bed to best accommodate a family of up to 5 persons. Through the French door you have access to the balcony (3sqm) equipped with chairs and a small table to enjoy relaxing moments.
